1. Michael Way

Michael Way is a neighborhood located in central Las Vegas that is known for being in the middle of all the Las Vegas action. This central location makes it easy to get around town to enjoy all that the city has to offer. 2. Lone Mountain

Lone Mountain gets its name from a solitary hill that is detached from the Red Rock National Conservation Area. 3. Summerlin North

Summerlin North is an association that is part of a mater planned community called Summerlin. Summerlin North offers beautiful housing with low crime rates that gives the community a happy and safe feeling. This community has been noted to be one of the best places to live and play and has held up to that name. There is never a lack of activities that fit any lifestyle! There are plenty of places for hiking and biking and there are plenty of community pools to splash and play around in. Downtown Summerlin offers the best shopping and dining in the area helping North Summerlin keep to its name!

4. Centennial Hills

Centenniel Hills is one of the more recent master planned communities of the Las Vegas area. This community is a great place to live with many different styles of homes for you to choose from. The focal point of this community is the Centenniel Hill Shopping Plaza full of boutique stores, restaurants, and movie theaters. 6. Charleston Heights

Charleston Heights is a great neighborhood that residents enjoy in the Las Vegas area. There is plenty to do in Charleston Heights including the highly-rated Charleston Neighborhood Park which has plenty of room for play including an open grass field, playground equipment perfect for kids, barbeque areas for getting together, and a wrap-around track that’s great for walking. 7. East Las Vegas

East Las Vegas is a smaller community that is a part of the Las Vegas Valley area that offers a lot of shopping and dining experiences. 8. The Lakes

The Lakes naturally gets its name for being a master-planned community that is at the waterfront. This community is surrounded by many man-made lakes that offer beautiful views of the waterfront. 12. Tule Springs

Tule Springs in Las Vegas is one of the larger urban retreats in the Las Vegas Valley. This significant desert ecosystem is made up of small lakes that formed an oasis in the Mojave Desert. This area was home to many Native Americans in the pre-Columbian era and is listed as an archeological site on the National Register of Historic Places. 13. Sun City Summerlin

Sun City Summerlin is a 55-year active adult community that offers great views of both the mountains and the Vegas Strip. This adult community has many different amenities such as fitness centers, an Olympic sized pool, and an 18-hole golf course. Sun City Summerlin is part of the Summerlin master-planned community that is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, great shopping, and some of the top-notch resorts, casinos, and spas. 14. Kyle Canyon

Kyle Canyon is a community that is one of the top 3 places to live in Las Vegas, and one of the top 10 places to live in Nevada. Naturally, this area has many different parks and scenes of nature to offer that outdoor feel without being too far from the downtown life of Las Vegas. This neighborhood has around 14,000 residents that enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them and is great for families. 16. Green Valley

Green Valley is an upscale neighborhood that is a part of Henderson, Las Vegas. Green Valley is Southern Nevada’s first master-planned community founded in 1978 consisting of 8,400 acres on the southside of the Las Vegas Valley. This great community offers several different amenities from shopping to bars and restaurants. This area is a part of the Clark County School District which offers many different schools for the residents of this neighborhood. With the many shopping areas available and all the dining options around, residents can always find entertainment in this community.

17. Henderson

Henderson is the second-largest city in Nevada and only 16 miles away from the first, Las Vegas. This city is a part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area occupying the entire southeastern end. Henderson is known historically for its magnesium supply during World War ll and is also the location of Lake Las Vegas. Henderson has much to offer in the sense of entertainment whether you’re wanting to get some of the best shopping or hike some of the amazing trails. 18. Mountains Edge

Mountains Edge is a planned community in the incorporated town of Enterprise, Nevada. It came to be in February of 2004 in the southwest part of Nevada. Not only is this community one of the most sought out for beautiful homes in Las Vegas, but it also has its own networks of neighborhood shops, professional buildings, and schools. Whatever can’t be found in this wonderful community is nearby with the Las Vegas Strip whether you want to find a new place to eat or just enjoy the entertainment. 19. Spring Valley

Formed in May of 1981, Spring Valley is a community that is in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. This town originally started as a small area that has since grown to incorporate much of the southwest quarter of the Las Vegas Valley. Spring Valley is known as one of the best suburbs to live in within the Las Vegas area offering many places to eat and great schools. 20. Paradise

Paradise is a community that was started in December of 1950 and has since grown to being the 4th most populated area in Nevada. This community is known for being home to many tourist attractions including much of the Las Vegas Strip and being central for travel for being home to the McCarran International Airport. Paradise not only has access to some of the greatest school but is home to the Universtiy of Nevada. 21. Winchester

Winchester is an unincorporated town that contains some of the Las Vegas Strip and was originally referred to as Paradise A. In 1953 it was given the name of Winchester and is referred to as such still today. This community sits in the east-central part of the Las Vegas Valley and is in close proximity to Las Vegas. Residents consider Winchester a safe neighborhood and it has access to many parks and entertainment options whether it be in the community or a short drive to Las Vegas.
