Spring Valley

Spring Valley is located close to the Las Vegas Strip and is commonly referred to as one of the best suburbs to live in. Spring Valley came to be in May of 1981 after the sale of the Stardust and became the community that it is today. Spring Valley actually gets its name from the Spring Mountains because the beautiful views this neighborhood has. Spring Valley has much to offer not only because its close drive to the Las Vegas Strip but also because of the ammenties available in the community itself. There is never a shortage of things to do in this neighborhood making it a great place to be!

Spring Valley is one of the best places to live near to the Las Vegas Strip. This neighborhood offers a more suburban feel with many housing subdivisions. Spring Valley has a large park named the Desert Breeze Park located here that is notably one of the largest parks in the area that includes a meeting center, sports fields, water park, and skate park. There is much to do in Spring Valley to stay busy whether you want a day at the park or even take a stroll through some of the strip malls here including the Chinatown area which is full of ethnic Chinese businesses.
